Cotton-linter quality influences cellulose purity, reaction stability and the repeatability of finished CMC performance. For this reason, raw-material control begins before the material enters our Foshan production process.

Incoming materials are reviewed against agreed requirements, recorded by source and batch, and stored under controlled conditions before production release.

Why it matters: More consistent incoming material reduces avoidable variation entering the manufacturing process and supports more stable batch-to-batch results.
