Printing Paste
FSX Chemical ® Printing Paste series is a range of smooth, homogenous pastes delivered in a ready-to-use format. Each product within the series is designated for a specific printing style and dye class. Our portfolio includes, but is not limited to, high-solids pigment pastes for opaque prints, high-definition synthetic thickeners for polyester, and specialty bases for metallic and glitter effects. By providing a total solution, we empower textile manufacturers to achieve consistent, high-quality results while streamlining their production workflow.
Introduction
FSX Chemical ® Printing Paste series represents a range of high-performance, ready-to-use thickening systems developed for specific textile printing applications. These pre-formulated pastes are engineered to simplify the complex process of paste preparation, reduce mixing errors, and enhance production efficiency in the dye house. By integrating our premium thickeners with optimized auxiliary chemicals, we deliver a stable, consistent, and reliable printing medium. This series is designed for printers who demand uncompromising quality and process stability, particularly for challenging substrates and intricate designs.

Packing and Storage
Packing: This product series is delivered in 25kg net weight, robust, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pails. Each pail is fitted with a secure, tamper-evident lid to prevent contamination and drying, ensuring the paste arrives with its specified rheological properties intact. For larger volume requirements, alternative packaging can be arranged.
Storage:
- Store in a climate-controlled environment, protected from freezing and temperatures exceeding 40°C. The ideal storage range is between 5°C and 35°C.
- Keep containers tightly sealed when not in use to prevent surface skinning and moisture loss. Avoid direct exposure to air for prolonged periods.
- Do not store together with reactive chemicals, strong acids, or alkalis. Ensure the storage area is clean and free from potential contaminants.
- The product has a typical shelf life of 12 months from the production date when stored under the recommended conditions.
