Textile Printing Thickener Samples & Grade Matching
Request FSX samples of CMC, CMS, sodium alginate or printing paste for trial testing, or send your current sample, TDS and test method for grade matching before a bulk order.
Sample Request & Matching Options
Two Ways to Start Sample Testing and Grade Matching
Choose the route that fits your requirement: request FSX product samples for your own application trial, or send a current sample for grade matching. A single request may include multiple items with a combined sample weight of up to 2 kg, subject to product availability and request review.
Request FSX Product Samples for Trial Testing
Choose this route when you need an FSX sample of CMC, CMS, sodium alginate or printing paste for evaluation under your own laboratory or production conditions before a bulk order.
You provide
- Product name or target application
- Printing process, fibre type and target viscosity, if available
- Estimated trial usage or future order quantity, if known
You receive
- Free product sample support, subject to request review and availability
- Multiple sample items in one request, up to 2 kg combined sample weight
- Available TDS, SDS or sample-batch COA, where applicable
- Initial dosage and application guidance for trial preparation
Send Your Current Sample for Grade Matching
Choose this route when you already use a similar product and want FSX Chemical to review the current sample, available TDS and test conditions before recommending a suitable FSX grade for replacement testing.
You provide
- Current product sample for grade matching
- Application, dosage, preparation method and test conditions
- Current TDS, COA or product label, if available
You receive
- Courier arrangements or cost support may be discussed after the request is reviewed
- Review of relevant specifications, test methods and comparable indicators
- Recommended FSX grade for trial evaluation
- Recommended FSX comparison sample, subject to request review and availability
Quick Sample Inquiry
Share Your Sample or Matching Requirements
Provide your contact details, country, product interest and any available application information. Complete technical data is not required at this stage; our team will review your request and confirm the appropriate sample route, grade-matching information, available documents and courier arrangements.
Sample Evaluation Process
From Sample Request to a Recommended Trial Grade
Whether you request an FSX product sample or send a current sample for review, both routes follow the same technical review, trial-grade recommendation and customer testing process before any supply decision.
Submit Request
Share the application, target performance, estimated usage and any current sample, TDS or product information through the inquiry form on this page.
Technical Review
We review the application process, product requirements, available TDS or COA, and comparable sample and test-method information.
Recommended Trial Grade
FSX Chemical recommends a standard trial grade or reviews whether a custom starting specification is required for sample testing.
Lab Preparation
The selected trial sample is prepared and checked against the available product specification or agreed starting requirements.
Courier Dispatch
After the request is reviewed, sample dispatch and courier arrangements are confirmed according to the product, destination and evaluation requirement.
Customer Trial Testing
Test the sample under your own preparation method, printing process, fabric and production conditions, using comparable test methods where possible.
Trial Feedback and Quotation
After receiving your trial feedback, FSX Chemical reviews any required adjustment and prepares a quotation based on the selected product grade and supply requirements.
A sample or grade recommendation is intended for trial evaluation. Final suitability must be confirmed under the customer's actual production conditions. Sample availability and courier arrangements depend on the product, destination and information provided.
Custom Trial Route · When Standard Grades Do Not Fit
Custom Grade Evaluation Based on Your Application Requirements
If a standard FSX grade does not meet the target viscosity or formulation requirement, we can review whether a custom starting specification is practical for sample preparation and application testing.
Define the Target Specification
Share your current sample or formulation, target viscosity, dosage, application process and required performance. If the exact ratio is unknown, available TDS and comparable test data can provide a starting reference.
Prepare a Controlled Trial Blend
When a custom route is suitable, FSX Chemical prepares a trial blend from verified base materials against the agreed starting specification for evaluation.
Record the Trial Specification and Test Conditions
Relevant indicators—such as viscosity, moisture or pH where applicable—are documented together with the test method and agreed starting specification before trial evaluation.

Tell Us What Your Process Needs for a Custom Trial
Share your current sample or blend, application, target viscosity and estimated volume. We will review whether a standard FSX grade or a custom trial sample is the more practical route.
From Trial Sample to Bulk Supply
From Trial Sample to Documented Batch Supply
After trial evaluation, procurement teams can review the production route, available documents and commercial conditions before approving bulk supply.
Factory-Direct Sample and Supply Route
The sample route is connected to FSX Chemical's product and production system. After the buyer approves the trial direction, the selected grade can move to quotation, packing and bulk-supply discussion.
Available Sample and Batch Documents
TDS and SDS can be provided for the selected product. A batch-specific COA or relevant quality data is supplied according to the confirmed product, sample or production batch.
Application-Matched Trial Grades
Grade recommendations are based on the printing process, fabric, formulation, target viscosity and comparable test conditions. A custom trial route may be reviewed when a standard grade is not suitable.
Commercial Terms Confirmed After Evaluation
Packing, trial quantity, MOQ, payment terms and delivery conditions are confirmed in the formal quotation according to the product, destination and order stage.
Next Step After Testing
Move from Trial Feedback to a Factory Quote
After your trial feedback confirms a suitable direction, FSX Chemical can prepare a factory quote based on the selected grade, dosage, packing, quantity and destination.
