Product Samples & Sample Matching
Request an FSX Chemical product sample for application testing, or provide your current product sample or specifications for matched-grade evaluation.
Choose Your Starting Point
Two Routes. One Matched Grade for Your Process.
Both routes go through the same review and preparation — the only difference is where you start.
Request a Free FSX Sample
Best for first-time evaluation, new formulation development, or projects without an existing product to compare.
You provide
- Application description
- Printing type, fiber type or target viscosity
- Estimated monthly usage
You receive
- Matched-grade sample, usually 100–500g
- Batch quality document
- Application advice from the technical team
Send Us Your Current Product
Best for supplier replacement, product verification, or comparing your current material against a matched FSX Chemical grade.
You provide
- 100–200g current product sample
- Application background
- COA or TDS if available, not required
You receive
- Key laboratory review such as viscosity, moisture and ash content where applicable
- Matched FSX Chemical grade recommendation
- Application-level cost comparison basis
Understanding Price Differences
Compare Active Cost, Not Price per Ton
The same product category can carry very different specifications. The only fair comparison is at the active-content level.
You've probably seen quotes that look significantly cheaper than ours. The difference usually comes down to one thing: how much of the product actually does the work in your paste. Products in the same category can differ in active-content level, viscosity measurement method, blending ratio and moisture content — each of which affects how much you actually need per batch, and therefore your real cost per run.
Rather than comparing price per ton, the more useful measures are cost per unit of active content, cost per final formulation, and cost per production batch. These reflect what you actually spend to achieve the same output.
FSX Chemical publishes viscosity, ash content, moisture, pH and DS where applicable on every batch document. This gives you the data to calculate active-content cost directly — and compare on a like-for-like basis.
Estimate your real batch cost
Adjust the inputs to match your current product and see how active-content cost compares.

Factory-Controlled Blending — Clearer Cost, Stable Batches.
Different applications need different formulations. If your process requires a specific composition, sourcing it directly from the factory gives you better cost control and batch-to-batch consistency.
You define the specification
Share your target composition, viscosity range and application. If you're not sure of the exact ratio, describe your performance requirement and we'll recommend a starting point.
We blend at source
Blending happens at our factory using verified base material — not at a warehouse after dispatch. The composition is fixed before the product leaves our facility.
Key indicators confirmed in documentation
Agreed specification and key quality indicators — including active-content basis, viscosity and ash content — are confirmed in writing before supply. No surprises on your production floor.

Why Source from FSX Chemical
Direct from Factory. Verified by Batch Documentation.
Four reasons procurement teams evaluate direct sourcing from FSX Chemical rather than through a distribution layer.
Factory Direct Supply
Direct factory supply reduces resale layers. Your price is based on production-side supply and export support, rather than a resale-only margin structure.
Declared Batch Documentation
Viscosity, ash content, moisture, pH and DS where applicable are published on every batch document. You have the data to calculate active-content cost before you commit.
Application-Matched Grading
Standard textile grade or custom viscosity profile, with DS adjusted where applicable — we match the specification to your process, not the other way around. Blended formulations are available on request.
Flexible Order Terms
T/T, L/C and small amount D/P accepted where applicable. Trial quantities may be available for qualified evaluation projects before full commitment.

Sample Evaluation Process
A Clear Path from First Contact to Confirmed Grade
Whether you request an FSX Chemical sample or send your current product for review, both routes follow the same technical evaluation process before sample preparation and supply discussion.

Technical Review
We review your process background, product requirements and available COA, TDS or sample details.
Grade Selection
FSX Chemical selects a standard grade or prepares a starting specification for sample testing.
Lab Preparation
A suitable sample is prepared and checked based on the selected grade or agreed specification.
Courier Dispatch
Sample dispatch and courier support may be arranged for qualified industrial evaluation projects.
In-Process Test
You test the sample under your own paste preparation, printing process and fabric conditions.
Quote and Supply
After test feedback, FSX Chemical confirms the suitable grade, quotation basis and supply plan.
Sample availability, courier support and final suitability depend on product type, destination, project information and the customer’s actual production conditions.
