Match Your Process.Start With the Ink System.
Match the Process Before the Product.
Select DP-R, DP-D or DP-P by ink system, fabric and application stage. Confirm the right product through a printing trial.Reactive, disperse and pigment digital printing use different substrates, pretreatment routes and technical evaluation methods. The practical question is which DP route best matches the ink chemistry, fabric, application stage and required printing result — not which product shows the largest viscosity or dosage number.
Ink & Fabric
Identify your ink system and fabric.
Application Stage
Confirm where and how the product is used.
Print Quality
Check color, sharpness and bleeding.
Trial & Dosage
Confirm addition level and process stability.
Start With
Ink System & Fabric
First confirm whether the process is reactive, disperse or pigment inkjet printing, then identify the fabric or substrate. This establishes the primary DP-R, DP-D or DP-P route.
Then Define
Pretreatment & Product Role
Review where the product enters the process, the required pretreatment or paste function, product form and compatibility with the printer, ink and existing production system.
Finally Compare
Print Result & Process Stability
Confirm color yield, print sharpness, migration or bleeding control, process stability and the actual addition level required under the customer's production conditions.
Different routes, different test methods. Viscosity and dosage figures cannot directly rank DP-R, DP-D and DP-P.Why the route comes first DP-R and DP-D publish reference viscosity under different solution concentrations, while DP-P is supplied as a liquid route with a recommended dosage range. These values describe different technical evaluation items and should not be used as a direct performance ranking between the three products.
DIGITAL TEXTILE PRINTING · INK SYSTEM · PROCESS ROUTES
Choose the Digital Printing Route by Ink System, Fabric & Process
Start with the ink chemistry and textile substrate already used on your printing line. Reactive, disperse and pigment inkjet systems require different fabrics, pretreatment roles, product forms and fixation methods. Identify the closest route first, then confirm DP-R, DP-D or DP-P through route-specific production trials.
DP-R
Reactive Inkjet · Direct-to-Fabric
Reactive Inkjet Pretreatment Reactive Inkjet
DP-R is the starting route for reactive digital textile printing on cotton, viscose, rayon, lyocell, Modal and other suitable cellulosic fabrics. Evaluate pretreatment uniformity, ink migration, print sharpness and color performance under actual conditions.
Reactive route for cotton, viscose and other cellulosic fabrics.
- Reactive Inkjet
- Cotton / Viscose
- Fabric Pretreatment
DP-D
Disperse Inkjet · Polyester
Disperse Inkjet Pretreatment Disperse Inkjet
DP-D is the liquid starting route for disperse digital textile printing on polyester and compatible synthetic-fiber systems. Evaluate pretreatment uniformity, filtration, ink-fabric compatibility, image definition and fixation stability.
Liquid disperse route for polyester and compatible synthetics.
- Disperse Inkjet
- Polyester / Nylon
- Filtration / Fixation
DP-P
Pigment Inkjet · Direct-to-Fabric
Pigment Digital Printing Pigment Inkjet
DP-P is the liquid route for pigment digital textile printing and direct-to-fabric production across a broad range of fibers. Evaluate application dosage, pigment ink, binder compatibility, curing, rubbing fastness and finished fabric hand feel together.
Liquid pigment route for direct-to-fabric printing.
- Pigment Inkjet
- Direct-to-Fabric
- Binder / Curing

Inline pretreatment, online sizing and wet-on-wet processing depend on machine configuration and should be evaluated with the actual ink and fabric system.
DIGITAL PRINTING PASTE TECHNICAL COMPARISON
Compare DP-R, DP-D and DP-P by the Technical Basis of Each Printing Route
Reactive, disperse and pigment digital printing use different substrates, product forms and technical evaluation methods. Compare each FSX route according to its own published basis, pretreatment role and actual printing result rather than treating one viscosity or dosage number as a universal performance index.
DP-R
Reactive Digital Printing
Starting route for reactive digital printing on cotton, viscose and other compatible fibers where pretreatment behaviour, color performance and print definition are evaluated together.
DP-D
Disperse Digital Printing
Starting route for disperse digital textile printing where pretreatment behaviour, image definition and stable processing are reviewed under the actual polyester or compatible synthetic-fiber system.
DP-P
Pigment Digital Printing
Liquid route for pigment digital textile printing where the recommended addition level should be evaluated together with the existing printing system and the required final result.
Typical product data are shown above; batch-specific values are confirmed by COA where applicable.
DIGITAL PREPARATION & TRIAL SETUP
From Product Route to Digital Printing Trial
DP-R, DP-D and DP-P enter different digital-printing systems. Preparation should therefore start with the selected ink route, product form and actual production process rather than one fixed formula for every application.
Select the Route
Confirm DP-R, DP-D or DP-P from the ink system and fabric.
Prepare the System
Build a uniform trial system according to powder or liquid form.
Apply or Integrate
Introduce the product according to the selected process route.
Print & Evaluate
Review color, sharpness, migration and process stability.

PROCESS VARIABLES
One Trial Setup Does Not Fit Every Digital Printing Line
These conditions determine how the selected DP product should be prepared, incorporated and evaluated.
TRIAL EVALUATION
Judge the Route by the Final Printing Result
Final product fit should be judged under the actual ink, fabric, equipment and production conditions rather than laboratory data alone.
MANUFACTURING · PROCESS MONITORING · BATCH QUALITY
Manufacturing & Quality Control from Processing to Batch Release
FSX Chemical supports Digital Printing Paste production and supply through controlled processing, process monitoring, laboratory review, finished-batch sampling and export preparation. Route-specific product data and final performance should then be confirmed according to DP-R, DP-D or DP-P application requirements.
Controlled Manufacturing & Processing
Production equipment and controlled processing support repeatable execution for commercial textile-printing chemical supply.
