Send the product name or grade, specification, viscosity reference, current supplier model, product label or purchase list.
Estimated Quantity and Packing
Provide the trial or bulk quantity, bag size, pallet requirement or container plan, if known.
Destination and Preferred Incoterm
Provide the destination country, port or city and select EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDP or “Not Sure.”
Reference Documents
Upload any available TDS, SDS, COA, product label, packing photo, purchase list or current supplier reference.

For products with a comparable active-content definition and test method, price, concentration and required dosage can affect the estimated material cost per batch. Use this calculation as an illustration, not as a substitute for trial results or a formal quotation.
Products in the same category may differ in concentration basis, moisture, blending ratio and viscosity test method. These differences can affect the estimated quantity required, but application performance must still be checked under comparable trial conditions.

Can I request a quote for products outside your main product list?
FSX Chemical primarily quotes CMC, CMS, sodium alginate, digital printing paste and textile printing thickeners. You may also send related textile chemical requirements for availability review. We will confirm the supply route and any additional information needed; related products are not automatically treated as FSX-manufactured products.

Are you a factory-backed supplier or a trading company?
FSX Chemical manufactures and supplies its core CMC, CMS, sodium alginate, digital printing paste and textile printing thickener product lines, supported by production, quality and technical review. For products outside the core range, availability and the supply route are confirmed separately.

Can I contact FSX Chemical on WhatsApp instead of submitting the form?
Yes. WhatsApp can be used for initial clarification. Send the product or specification, estimated quantity, packing, destination and preferred Incoterm, together with any available product label, TDS, COA or purchase list. A formal quotation still depends on sufficient confirmed information.

Can you quote EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, DAP or DDP?
FSX Chemical can review EXW, FOB, CFR—often requested as CNF—CIF, DAP and DDP for an RFQ. Feasibility depends on the product, quantity, packing, destination and logistics conditions. Import duty, tax, customs clearance and local delivery costs remain preliminary until confirmed for the destination.

What should I send if I do not know the exact product name?
Send any available reference, such as the application, current product photo or label, TDS, COA, target specification, estimated quantity or packing photo. FSX Chemical will confirm whether the request is ready for quotation or requires product or grade review first.
